Gaston Bogaert (Le Mans 1908 – Etterbeek 2008) is a Franco-Belgian painter, architect and writer. He knows how to blend into unique paintings where one can divine a whole philosophy, a very personal vision of the world of the unreal, the dream and the fantastic, creating a mysterious tension or an oppressive feeling of an imminent threat or the memory of a wonderful elsewhere.
