Laszlo Tibay

Laszlo TIBAY is born in Hungary on April 1st; that must explain his sense of humour and his cheerfulness, qualities which are reflected in his work as an artist. Cheery, playful, perfectionist, his characters and his animals are all winks to cartoons, comics, with a touch of Pop Art. Based in Paris, he works with ink, as well as steel, bronze, wood or acrylic. Laszlo has created a menagerie of high technical and artistic quality in which the animals are refined and stylized. Included in the Directory of French Artists, he is also a listed artist (artprice.com, akoun.com). A permanent guest at the Art club Gallery in Paris, Laszlo works exclusively with Niki Pholie in Belgium, Spain and the English-speaking world. An international artist, he has exhibited in Berlin, Paris, Budapest, Bergamo, Hong-Kong, Moscow, and Los Angeles, among others.
