Galvanoplastic vase "Hortensia", VSL

Cobalt-blue crystal vase from the Manufacture du Val-St-Lambert, electroplated with gilded metal and partially openwork.

Clusters of hydrangea flowers with leaves and flexible stems on the body of the vase, and a frieze of flowers on the neck.

Signed in the decoration, VSL. Made by Modeste Denoel circa 1922.

H: 32 cm, diameter approx. 13 cm at its widest.

Slight fold at the heel of the galvanoplate.
