Laszlo TIBAY was born in Hungary on the first of April; this must explain his humor and cheerfulness, qualities that are reflected in his artistic work.
Playful, playful, perfectionist, his characters and his animals are as many nods to comics, with a touch of pop art.
Based in Paris, he works with ink as well as steel, bronze, wood or acrylic.
Laszlo has created a menagerie of great technical and artistic quality in which the animals are refined, stylized.
Registered in the Répertoire des Artistes Français, he is a listed artist (artprice.com, akoun.com).
Tibay works exclusively with Niki Pholie for Belgium, Spain and the Anglo-Saxon countries.
International artist, he has exhibited in Berlin, Paris, Budapest, Bergamo, Hong-Kong, Moscow, and Los Angeles, among others. In September 2025, he inaugurated a large public statue of the dog ‘Toto’ in Lagny-sur-Marne (Ile-de-France)
